Workshop on Risk Management No. 3 was held on 4 June 2008 at Kelab Darul Ehsan, Ampang, as a continuation from the Risk Management No. 2 workshop held on 28 April 2008. Facilitator for the workshop was Tan Sri Ir. Omar Ibrahim, Risk Management Adviser for the Langat 2 project. The purpose of the workshop was to outline action plan for risk treatment after the risk had been analyzed and evaluated to its respective risk level. Number of participants on the workshop was 48 comprised Langat 2 team members from PAAB and also Consortium of SMHB, Ranhill and KTA Tenaga. Generally, workshop delivery was good and the participants have gained knowledge and understanding of risk management process.
