Workshop on Risk Management No. 2 was held on 28 April 2008 at The Raintree Club, KL. Facilitator for the workshop was Tan Sri Ir. Omar Ibrahim, Risk Management Adviser for the Langat 2 project. The workshop was a continuation from the Risk Management No. 1 workshop held on 24 March 2008. The purpose of the workshop was to outline risk analysis and evaluation of the risk related to the Langat 2 Project which had been identified from the earlier workshop. Number of participants on the workshop was 52 comprised Langat 2 team members from PAAB and also Consortium of SMHB, Ranhill and KTA Tenaga. Generally, workshop delivery was good and the participants have gained knowledge and understanding of risk management process. However, the venue selected and its facilities was poor based on the feedback received from the participants.
